hi everybody -
yes i have been MIA all summer long....lots to talk about for sure. i'm VERY active on my twitter account, so if you follow it at all, then you will know i'm still around and very much still training etc.... i will be posting an update on everything that has been going on with me sometime this month. also my plans for next years race season. so stay turned........ :-)
